Can Lexicons with Text to Speech be stored locally?

Is it possible to access Lexicons stored locally rather than via a https:// url?

Looking at the documentation for Lexicons, it states that "While we don't have restrictions on where this file can be stored, we do recommend using Azure Blob Storage."

    @Thor Melicher Thanks, Custom Lexicon should be online and public accessible. TTS service can't access lexicons stored locally (on your PC).
    Yes, it's recommend to store custom lexicon in Azure Blob. Make it public, or use SAS.
