Newly installed app nowhere to be found?

Hi,

I just got a tablet (an Asus TX810C) with newly updated Windows 8.1.

I was trying to get the Autodesk Sketchbook app listed in Store at Start.

Under the description says I can only download from their website, so I did.

I installed the app at desktop, but it's no where to be seen afterward.

It doesn't show under All App list, neither is it in any Computer file folders. (I searched both sides.)

I looked up and tried the above site's solution, but application doesn't show in search results.

    Hi

The Autodesk Sketchbook installs in the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\SketchBook folder.

If you have the Start Screen/All Apps view set to display By Name, this program will not show in that view. Change the View option to by Category and it will show up in the Autodesk SketchBook category.

In File Explorer, you can navigate to the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\SketchBook  folder, Right Click the SketchBook.EXE file and you can select the Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar option.

    Regards

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response.

I downloaded the 32 bit version on the site, and it was successfully installed to the path you've mentioned. I think it didn't go through before because the site's default download was 64 bit version (https://www.sketchbook.com/desktop). Thanks again! :)
