no puedo ejecutar ninguna aplicacion por que la configuracion de paralelos no es correcta

Al querer abrir cualquier aplicación sea del sistema o instalada incluso si quiero instalar una nueva me aparece el siguiente error:

Ej de uno los demás son similares

C:\Program Files (x86)\REDRAGON M711 Gaming Mouse\ldcfg.exe

No se pudo iniciar aplicación; la configuración de paralelos no es correcta. Consulte con el registro de evento de la aplicación o use la herramienta sxstrace.exe de la línea de comando para obtener mas detalles.

la información del visor de eventos no me ayuda o no se como emplearla :

Error al generar el contexto de activación para "System Default Context". Error en el archivo de manifiesto o directiva "C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\manifests\x86_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.1.9600.19913_none_dad8a2d45bcbf630.manifest" en la línea 0. Sintaxis XML no válida.

También aparece :

Windows no puede cargar el archivo de Registro de clases.
DETALLE: La base de datos del Registro de configuraciones está dañada.

quiero mantener datos y todo tengo cosas importantes si alguien llegara a ayudarme estaría muy agradecido :)

Hi OmarUgarte-2895,

Have you also encountered such issue when running SSMS? Could you please share the error message?
This issue may be cause by the lack of the required Visual C++ runtime package. Please try to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Here is an article which might help.
