I suggest you to follow below methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: I suggest you to refer to the user manual of the laptop and check how to turn ON the wireless switch on the laptop.

Method 2: If it doesn't help, I suggest you to check the services related to wireless are turned on
Follow below steps to enable Wireless service.
- Press Windows key + R and type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER.
- Scroll down to find WLAN AutoConfig.
- Right-click WLAN AutoConfig, and go to properties
- Check if the service is set to Automatic and start the service.
Method 3: If the issue still persist Uninstall and reinstall wireless card drivers and check
- Press Windows + R from keyboard
- ****Type devmgmt.msc
and click Ok.
- Locate the Network adapter and expand the driver icon.
- Right click on the network driver icon and click on Uninstall.
You can reinstall the Wireless card drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
