    HI,

    ·        What happens when you download drivers from Fujitsu website?

    Step 1:

Uninstall all the software related to the scanner and then download and install the fresh drivers and check what happens. To remove the scanner, follow the link.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Add-or-remove-a-scanner

    Step 2:

Also remove any software installed under Programs and Features. To remove from programs and features follow the link given below.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Uninstall-or-change-a-program

    Step 3:

To download the latest software and drivers for the scanner visit the below given link.

You may also post your query in Fujitsu Forum about getting the driver package.

    Hope this information is helpful.

I was recently downloading a Fujitsu driver that would not work. It turns out that the download when executed created a directory called Disk1 within the Download directory. That directory called Disk1 contained an exe file or setup file which when run actually installed the driver through an install wizard. You can't fool all the people all the time. That is why we have two parties. Bob Hope.
