    It appears that you have Hyper-Visor installed.

    If so your Windows environment does not use the hardware adapter and the only protocol that should be on is the top one

     

    You will have a second active LAN device called vEthernet

    This is the one that has the IPv4/v6 protocols active.

    IPv6 is enabled by default, services such as HomeGroup will not work without it.

    Network and Sharing Centre -Change Adapter Settings, right click the adapter and select Properties
