You can only delete a post you made if there has been no reply. If you want to have a post deleted that has had a reply, you need to ask someone to do so in the Community Participation Center Forum.

If it is your post and not the first post in a thread click edit on the bottom of the post then delete.
We call a forum/topic a thread. This specific thread has a reply so you could not delete it. If I am misunderstanding you, please provide a link to the forum/topic in question so I can provide a clearer answer.
I apologize, I meant to ask how do I delete or remove a forum/topic I started?
It also has replies.
