    Hello Kim,

Thank you for posing your query on Microsoft Community forum.

As per the screen shot and information which you have provided it is clear that the name showing in front of  LOGONSERVERis the name of your computer.

If your computer is connected to domain or workgroup then LOGONSERVER means the group or domain to which your computer is connected.

As per my understanding after fresh installation of Windows 8.1 your computer pick WIN-R1LR7CNBNMN as the default name of your computer. You no need to worry as it very simple to change the name of your computer. You may follow the steps provided below to change the name of your computer.

    • Press the Windows key + X.
    • Select Control Panel from the list.
    • Under view drop down menu select small icons.
    • Click on System.
    • Please check computer name on this page.
    • If it is showing WIN-R1LR7CNBNMN then click on Change settings.
    • Under Computer Name tab click on change to rename the Computer Name.

Hope the information provided is helpful and do let us know the if you have any more concern related to Windows.

    Regards.

    thank you for reply

why my computer pick WIN-R1LR7CNBNMN as the default computer name??

when i insall OS,windows ask me what computer name want..right??

i just type PC..that's why USERDOMAIN data is PC.

i used installtion DVD of windows 8.1.

i tried to reinstall again..and check again..

LOGONSERVER is another different name every install OS..

    is it normal status???

i think LOGONSERVER name should be same computer name when i fresh install.

but it looks like already setting to connect to domain server automatically..

so do i need to change name every install windows??

if not change name, what will happenning??

domain server can be control my computer??

that's why sometimes can't delete files?
