Did Classic Shell Give Me a Virus?!

I have classic shell v.4.1.0 and it was going fine for about two months. Now it's starting to act up. When i have it on,every 5 seconds my screen goes gray and the web site i'm on reloads. It also does this when i click on the orb to open its menu.Do I have a virus from it?Could It just be corrupted?I downloaded the setup for it,"repaired"it(which didn't work),removed it,installed it AGAIN,AND IT DID THE SAME THING.I repaired it again.STILL NOTHING.How do I fix this?

None of this helped, sadly.I completely uninstalled it now,and (almost) everything is okay. What is still wrong:when I go to the start screen, that little animation doesn't show up where the apps all slide to the screen. The pinned apps are already there, and it does similar things when i go down into the apps list.instead of sliding down there it brings me right to that screen.

Refresh Windows to recover the damage. Follow below steps to refresh Windows to its default settings; All installed software and apps will deleted.

    1. Click Change PC settings.
    2. Click update and recovery.
    3. Click Recovery, then click Get started under Refresh your PC without affecting your files. Follow prompts and reboot Windows to complete.

    Check http://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=6

Which antivirus you're install? Update it and do a full system scan.

Try the following Microsoft free Software, which detect & remove all known viruses from PC.

    • Microsoft Windows Defender

    • Microsoft Safety Scanner

Is's not recommended to use this kind of software; it slow down system performance instead use Windows themes from Microsoft download center.
