How do I get to "Tools - Internet Options" which used to be something I could click on at the top, but now isn't anywhere in Windows 7.

I used to be able to click on "Tools" then "Internet Options" at the top of my Explorer page, in order to delete cookies and temporary internet folders.  With Windows 7, that isn't in sight.  How do I do that?

    Hi

You can access Internet Options in Control Panel.

In Internet Explorer, press the Alt Key to reveal the Menu Bar, temporarily. To make the Menu Bar permanent, click View/Toolbars and select the Menu Bar item.

    Hope this helps.

Thank You for using Windows 7

    Ronnie

I try to access internet explorer but a message indicating that Explorer has sopped working due to a problem of not working correctly pups up.

I try installing a new explorer for windows 7 (home premium) but it indicates that it can't because of an previous version being already installed.

I try to erase the previous Explorer with the uninstall programs in the start section, but can't find any windows explorer program to erase.

How can I restore Explorer on a Window 7 home premium version??

    Appreciate your support.

    Regards,
