I'm using a Windows 8.1 computer by ASUS and I want to connect a bluetooth mouse but I cannot find the bluetooth setting. I went to PC settings and then into PC & Devices but there is no bluetooth settings in there. When I went to control panel and searched bluetooth I got 2 results. The results where Devices and Printers and Networking and Sharing. Where do I find the bluetooth setting to enable it?

If there are no Bluetooth settings then you do not have a Bluetooth interface enabled on the system. Not all computers have Bluetooth.

    Hello,

We apologizes for the late response.

I would request you to please provide the screenshots for the PC and devices list under Change PC settings and for the laptop keyboard as well.

Refer the link for How to include a screenshot in your post.
