How to disable test mode on Windows 7?

Hello, 

I read an article about how to get rid of the test mode on windows 7 and the suggestion was to download fixit from windows.  My problem is that the cursor is turning around endlessly and I can't click on anything to start the downloading.  Any suggestions?

    I understand that you are getting a test mode water mark on the Windows 7 computer.

    Test mode is a mode that is intended to install drivers that are not tested.

    To fix the cursor turning around endlessly please follow the below suggestions:

    This issue might be caused due to following reasons:

    Third party applications.

    Temp folder full.

    1. What is the make and model number of the computer?
    2. Did you recently make any changes to the computer?

    In order to rectify this problem follow the below methods:

    Method 1: Clean boot

    Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if

    any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You

    need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean

    Boot.

    Note: After troubleshooting, refer to this section "How to reset the computer to start

    normally after clean boot troubleshooting"

    This procedure will disable all the third party application and only Microsoft services will be enabled.

    Method 2: Disk clean up
