Hi Raaza,

First of all I apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for providing the detailed information about the issue. This generally occur when a Plug and Play device driver on your system is failing to load due to a device driver or device malfunction. This event happens randomly at times due to latency issues

associated at system boot up.

Are you facing any issues in the computer or it is working fine?

If the computer is working fine then you can ignore this message.

However, you may install all the Windows updates including optional updates in order to keep the computer up to date and to improve it's performance.

You also may visit the computer manufacturer's website to check if there are updated device drivers released for your computer. If you find any device driver is released recently which is not installed in the computer, then you may install that driver. You also may install the latest the BIOS and chipset drivers for your computer.

Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Hope this information helps. Please feel free to post if you have more queries regarding Windows, we will assist you further.

    Hello there,

Please press the Windows Key + R, type services.msc and hit enter. Navigate to Windows Driver Foundation and make sure the start-up type is automatic.

If it's not already started, start it.

    Thanks,

    Legaede
