What are the default settings for Windows Features on Windows 7 Home Premium?

All of the settings have been checked on Windows Features (I let someone play around with my computer) now I don't have a clue as to what the default settings are. I know not all settings are to be checked but I don't want to just turn things on or off.

    Hi,

Some programs and features included with Windows, such as Internet Information Services, must be turned on before you can use them. Certain other features are turned on by default, but you can turn them off if you don’t use them.

    See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Turn-Windows-features-on-or-off
