I was able to get Windows to recognize and install the rx620. By just plugging in usb.
If that doesn't work for you use the Advanced Printer Setup proceedure and when it asks you to select a printer driver from the list of printer vendors and models, you may have to click on the "windows update" button to force windows to fetch a complete update list of drivers. After I did that, a much more complete list appeared including the RX620.
You may want to install the Epson Scan utility to do your scanning as I found this provide better quality scans. It initially used the Windows Scan/Fax utility which wasn't very good. I found them at:
I tried to connect up the RX620 to my NAS print server but was only able to get the printing to work but not the scanning. So I went back to directly attaching the computer.
