It seems like the files aren't available...

When I go to that URL -- click the one I want -- no download works. I've tried from a couple different computers and various internet connections. Doesn't appear to be a firewall / internet related problem.
It seems like the files just aren't on the Microsoft servers anymore.
Any other place I can get these from?
