How do I register OCX File?

So I am trying to use this disc but every time I try and run the program (Concordance Passport) it says "Error Loading Program... OCX's Probably not registered."

What does this mean?

I have tried following command prompts from online, but I am not good with this stuff and I assume I am doing it wrong because it doesn't work. Please help!

My computer is a Windows 8.1 64 bit.

    Thank you! I ran it as an administrator and it worked. I am glad it was as simple as that.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thank you for the reply. Sorry for the delay. 

    The issue may occur due to corrupt system files, .OCX file might be corrupted.

    Right click on the program you are trying to run and click on run as administer and check if it helps.

    If issue persists, then try to run SFC scan.

    Try to Run SFC Scan. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:
