Well, other than finding things that directly convert the file, you can always install a pdf printer and print anything you like into pdf. It is very convenient to have.
In Windows 8 how do I convert a oxps file to a pdf file?
I'm trying to send a file that I have in oxps format to a semi PC literate person running Windows 7 or older. They cannot handle doing a conversion of the oxps file. How do I convert the file into pdf before I send it to them?

2015-03-27T23:14:04+00:00 Thanks for the links! This has been the most helpful "answer" ever that I've found on this site! The first link worked like a charm! And to boot it's an online FREE, no gimmick, tool! I had a pdf printer already installed and that didn't solve my problem. So thanks again!
