In your message of April 20th you asked how to create a PDF instead of an XPS. As I said in my response you do Save As and select PDF as the file type. This applies to all the Office 2010 and later applications.
Your April 21st message implies that you wish to convert XPS to PDF which is a different proposition.
For XPS to PDF there are (at least) two options within Windows and Office.
- Open the XPS file in the XPS viewer (double-click the file), and then print it to OneNote, you can then Save As PDF from OneNote.
- Use the Windows Snip tool to grab a snapshot of the XPS file and paste it into Word (or OneNote or ...) and then Save As PDF.
There may be other ways.
