Microsoft Security Essentials High CPU Usage??

Today i Updated my Windows and i Think My MSE also Got an Engine Update , after Updating Looks Like MSE Not Working , it suddenly started using Large Amount of Cpu , so i turnoff the Automatic Protection and Still 50% Cpu Usage ?? Why is That ?? Why Windows every Update Broke One Microsoft (or Other ) Programs everTime ?? So should i Switch to Different Antivirus or wait for an Patch/update??

    I can understand how inconvenient this must be on your end. I really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I’d be glad to assist you with this issue.

    If MSMPENG.EXE is constantly consuming excessive memory and CPU, there is a conflict on your PC with another process or service. I would recommend disabling all startup items. If the problem goes away, enable startup items one at a time until the conflict is identified.

    Perform a clean boot and check.

    Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
