Nitro PDF Creator Ver 9 does not work with Lenovo windows 8 Mail Client

  1. I can't get my Nitro PDF creator 9 software to create a pdf of a windows 8 mail client email. I get the following error : "Occurrence of user interacted or failed conversion"
  2. How Can you limit the number of pages you want to print, in the mail client? I shows a changeable field. "1" of 2.  Normally i would think 1 of 2 would result in only the first page of two pages to print but no matter what I do, it prints the whole document.

    Are you trying to create a pdf document of the email which you have received on Mail app on your Windows 8 computer using Nitro PDF creator 9 software?

    If so, Nitro PDF creator 9 software is a third party application software, I suggest you to get in touch with Nitro PDF creator support for further assistance on this issue:

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft community.

    I understand that you are unable to use nitro PDF creator in mail app. This will happen when you don’t select the default application as nitro pdf creator.

    Follow the steps to select PDF nitro as default application.

    1. Open search windows (windows key + S).
    2. Search for default program.
    3. Select set your default program.
    4. Select the (program) Nitro PDF creator.
    5. Select option set this program as default and then click on OK

    Check the link below to select a default application.

    If this doesn’t help I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Nitro PDF Creator

    For second issue: I would like you to inform that in Mail application there is no option to print the selected pages in a multi-page document.
