Original title: Touchscreen on Dell Vostro 5470

Hello,

i have a Dell Vostro 5470. My touch screen has not been working for more than a month. It suddenly stopped working. I have tried search for fixes, but nothing has showed up. I have the update from 06/2006 for the HID-compliant touch screen and for HID-compliant vendor-defined device.

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Thank you

it must be the drivers not compatible or some drivers corrupt. Uninstall your touchpad drivers and try to find another one, you can find it from here: https://www.driverdr.com/dell-drivers/dell-vostro-5470-drivers-free-download or you can try to use a driver scanner to help you find a compatible touchpad drivers.
