Hi Moysian,
Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.
Let's first try to start the wireless service i.e. WLAN AutoConfig service manually and check if the issue still persists.
Step 1: To do this, login to the computer as an administrator:
- Click Start, type services.msc and hit Enter.
- Locate WLAN AutoConfig service, double click on it to open its properties window.
- Under General tab, change the Startup type to Automatic and click Start button.
- Click Apply and then Ok.
Try to connect to the wireless connection and check the result.
Step 2: If the service still fails to start, then run system file checker tool to scan the computer for corrupt system files and fix them automatically.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Or, if you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search. Type Command Prompt in the Search box, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
Note: Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete. The scan results will be shown after this process is finished.
