How to find my contacts that are saved on my Microsoft Account?

hello, i have a lumia and always synchronize my contacts but i fail to review them on my account when i sign in on my laptop may you please help and direct me on how to access my contacts on Microsoft account.

    Hey there, MarkKituyi

    Welcome to the Microsoft community forums

    To access your contacts that are stored onto your Microsoft Account, please go to the people website (Or App) on your device. The App should have an orange background with two white images of people. If you click start > All Applications, it should have people at the side of it.

    For the website, simply navigate to https://people.live.com and sign into your Microsoft Account. This can be done using your internet browser. If your using your phone, you may be asked, or directed, to use your people app on the phone.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

    Please could you answer the following questions:

    1. What is the model of your phone?
    2. What operating system do you have currently installed?
    3. Is the phone fully updated, as well as the people App?
    4. Is this the only App that is open when it crashes?
    5. Have you done a soft reset on the device (Do this by holding Volume Up+ Power)?

    These answers will help me find a resolution to your problem.
