Hi Ruth,
(Sorry, my English not good)
I bought my laptop in February this year, as you see my computer had Norton and SpeedyPC (on top of the screen) to protect (I think it not change much). I installed some directX or Visual C++ during install some game, so I can be able to play. I don't know when I got this error except Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition game. I reinstall this game four times but still the same error. One week ago, luckily I ran the game successfully, I didn't know how but it just only a lucky moment and I can't run again. And I got another error (it happened in the first time I bought this). Thank you so much!!!!
