2015-06-01T18:24:47+00:00 Download and install these drivers:
http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/tca0116700f.exe
Once done, restart your computer and see if the sound works. Also, that new Windows 10 update is only to push the reservation process on elligible Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 computers. It will not solve your issue. You are free to install it to reserve your copy of Windows 10 if you wish.

2015-06-02T02:01:38+00:00 Alright here's what you'll do. When you execute the executable file I made you download, tca0116700f.exe, you'll click on the Options button. From there, uncheck the second option which says Execute the command at the end of the extraction. Then, change the path for C:\Users$USERNAME\Desktop\Drivers where $USERNAME is your username on your system, your userprofile name under C:\Users. For example, mine is Yoan, so it would be C:\Users\Yoan\Desktop\Drivers.
Once the extraction is complete, go in the Device Manager. Right-click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Device Manager. From there, right-click on your Realtek Audio Device (the one that doesn't work) and select Update drivers. Then, pick the second option, which is to manually choose the location of the drivers on the system. In the text field to enter the path, enter C:\Users$USERNAME\Desktop\Drivers (where once again, $USERNAME is your username on Windows, the userprofile name) and click on Ok. The drivers should correctly install.

2015-06-01T10:41:06+00:00 Right-click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of your screen and select System. It should tell you at the System type line (I think it's called that in English, not sure) if it's 32 or 64-bit. Also, I wouldn't download drivers from Softonic, that site isn't meant to be an official repo for them :)
