I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the drivers and check if the issue persist.
Follow the steps to uninstall and install the CD/DVD drive
a) Press the Windows key + X
b) Select Device Manager from the options
c) Left click on the CD/DVD drive
d) Right click on the CD/DVD drive installed
e) Click on uninstall
f) Right click again on the same and click install
g) Then restart the computer.
You can visit manufacturer's website and install the latest drivers.
