windows 8.1 shows 'S Agent restarting' dialog box

From past 2 weeks, whenever i switch on my Samsung laptop, a dialog box appears on the home screen stating - "S Agent restarting." Though i press the cancel button everytime it still appears when i switch on my laptop next time. I had my laptop updated to windows 8.1 but that update was verified and done from windows store. Also that update happened to be finished a long time back. But this problem has occured recently.

    Hi Mansha,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community. I understand that you are getting dialog box stating S Agent restarting every time you switch on your computer.

    Samsung S Agent is a software application that is generally pre-installed with various Samsung laptop models that is designed to keep veracious bundled software on the PC up to date. It runs as a Windows Schedule Task called SAgent that is designed to run when the PC boots. This task will run in the background and periodically check for and update various programs on the PC and may do so without the users direct visual knowledge.

    If you want to uninstall it please follow the steps below.

    1)Press Windows and x key to open a task list from the bottom left corner of the screen.

    1. Select **Control Panel.**3) Select Programs and Features.
    2. Double click on the program you want to uninstall and follow the onscreen instructions

    If you wish to install software again you can refer follow link to download and install.

    I work as a webmaster in the portal Franquias Baratas Z for some customers and have received the same questions several times, but had no response. Then this application is part of the windows update?

    Can I disable that there will be no problem for my customers?

    Interesting that the public that most seeks this information is the CNPJ Consultation page ( http://consultacpf.net.br/cnpj/ ).

    The same is happening with several companies, some who quoted this problem was the portal that quotes the Resources of Hotmail entrar, the tips Entrar Hotmail that gives tips on how to better use Hotmail.

    VENCEDORSUCESSO you can solve this problem for your customers? I work in the same segment as the company you Cockroaches Franchises ( Portal das franquias brasileiras e Negócios ) and face the same problems almost daily.
