No windows 7 driver update for standard vga graphics adapter

Apologies for late reply,  Downloaded driver and received message that it was not supported by operating system.  I now understand your second comment and think it will have to be linux,  If you wouldn't mind me being cheeky my new problem is that i have just installed a new windows 7 professional product key to this machine which has been activated is it possible to recover this product key.Thank you for your help.

There is a HP modified Intel 915 video driver for Windows Vista which will work with Windows 7:

The performance of that Desktop is borderline and is not good enough for Windows 10. It should be replaced as soon as possible.

Apologies for late reply.  I had actually already run Intel Driver Update Utility and no updates were available.  I believe Dell no longer provide windows 7 driver for this system?.  Thank you for your help.
