Program Data Updater in Action Center

In Action Center, there is a problem called Program Data Updater, with event name CompatEntityAnalysis_1, and says Problem: AE Application Inventory. What is this? It occurred a few days ago on the 26th, but I paid it no mind, don't think I ever saw it before. But then yesterday around 6pm it happened again when I looked at Action Center. It doesn't affect my computer at all, it seems, just wondering what it is.

You don't need Program Data Updater running, this is part of Application Experience, it is run via a scheduled task to “collect program telemetry information if opted-in to the Microsoft Customer  Experience Improvement Program".

You can safely disable these items, see here for more information:

Just disable the tasks related to "Application Experience".

What's a domain network? I'm just on my home network, nothing special, no home group, nothing. I have wifi and a cable too so.
