This issue might occur if there is a change in network adapter settings.

- Are you able to use the internet using the browser?
- Have you made any changes to the Computer prior to the issue?
Refer to below methods to resolve the issue.
Method 1: I would suggest you refer to the steps provided in the below Microsoft Help Article and also run the troubleshooter. Try to install the latest network adapter driver as suggested in the below article.
If issue still persist, refer to below method.
Method 2: I suggest you to clear the DNS cache.
Frequently web connection problems can be traced to a corrupted DNS cache. Flushing this cache is an easy fix to many of these problems.
Here is how to fix that corrupted DNS cache.
- Press Windows Key + W Key.
- Type "CMD" without the quotes in search bar.
- Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
- In the command window type the following and then hit on Enter Key:
ipconfig /flushdns
- You will see the following confirmation:
Windows IP Configuration Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache
