"Windows is not genuine", "SPPC.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error." and Visual C++ Runtime error

So last week, I decided to uninstall the nagging "GET WINDOWS 10 NOW" thing that I didn't ask for and when I shut down my computer, it decided to take half an hour to try to uninstall and the power in my house went out. When I started my computer up again, I began to get the Visual C++ error on a couple programs. Did system restore and it made no difference.

And now yesterday, after Windows had downloaded and installed updates, my power went out again (it had done so inbetween updates installing and the computer needing to be restarted. Now I get the other two mentioned errors ("Windows is not genuine" and "SPPC.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error.") when I try to run the MGADiag tool. System restore has again failed (don't really see the point of that tool if it doesn't work) so I'm not sure what to do. I don't have a Windows 7 install disc by the way.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

Did you purchase the computer new or second hand?

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

I suggest you run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool in normal mode and copy and paste the results in a reply for further analysis:

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

Run the Tool and when it completes click the Copy button, open a text file like Word or Notepad and select Edit, Paste. You can paste directly into a reply here. Open a reply, right click and select Paste.

Please run System File Checker and say if it cannot fix corrupted files. Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, right click Command Prompt, and click Run as administrator from the drop down menu.. Type *cd* and press ENTER. Type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and press the ENTER key. When it completes type exit, press the ENTER key and restart the computer. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, right click Command Prompt, and click Run as administratorfrom the drop down menu. Type **findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"**and press the ENTER key.

Please note there are three spaces in the command: Between findstr and /c, Between [SR]" and**%windir**Between CBS.log and >"%userprofile

Please upload a copy of your sfcdetails.txt file to your OneDrive as a shared file and post a link here. Enter sfcdetails.txt in the Search box above the Start button and press the ENTER key to locate the file created.

Note The Sfcdetails.txt file contains details from every time that the System File Checker tool has been run on the computer. The file includes information about files that were not repaired by the System File Checker tool. Verify the date and time entries to determine the problem files that were found the last time that you ran the System File Checker tool.
