Mm...do you have a lower capacity card that you can try in exFAT32? In the meantime I'll hunt around because (as a Galaxy Ace owner) I seem to recall seeing something relevant to this - trouble is I'm not sure where! Perhaps another Samsung Galaxy owner has advice. Have you tried Samsung support?
Copy large amounts of data to 128GB Micro SD Card
I have a 128GB Micro SD card in exFat32 format. I have tried to copy my music libray over to the card for use in my Galaxy S5. My music library is 103GB. I can't seem to copy more than about 5-10GB before it craps out and gives my errors about corrupt data or the disk being dirty. I have reformatted and ran chdsk numerous times. I have tried to copy from PC to the card via USB, tried copying from PC to card using card reader slot, tried syncing over wifi; all methods netted the same result. I even purchased a new card ansd still have the same issue. I even used 2 different laptops...again, all methods netted the same result. Can anyone help me?

2015-05-21T03:59:43+00:00 Does anyone have a useful answer for this? Asking if I have a smaller card is not useful. I'm puling my data off of a smaller card, putting it on the hard drive of my computer and trying to transfer it to my larger card. All data is fine on my smaller card and on my hard drive. It's only when I try to transfer the data to the larger card that the problems occur. AND... it's only with my music files.

2015-05-01T03:34:04+00:00 In disk management, it shows capacity of 125GB, says it's active and healthy. I have reformatted to NTSF and that works fine but my Galaxy S5 does not recognize the NTSF format. When the card is inserted into my phone (in exFat32 format), it too shows 125GB capacity. very frustrating...

2015-04-30T10:16:12+00:00 Did you check any reviews (particularly 1* ones?) You haven't mentioned what make the card is but I suspect even though you have tried two, it is a card issue. You may need to try purchasing elsewhere and maybe a different brand. Personally I'd go for less storage on a micro card! - Ric.
(The link is just 'for example' as I don't know what make of card(s) you bought)
