    Hello Jesse,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

As per description, you like to know how to drag and drop on your tablet.

You can drag an drop by tapping and holding on an item to select it, dragging to a new position and then releasing your finger. Selecting multiple file or objects can be achieved by tapping and holding to bring up a selection box and then drawing a box around the files before releasing the tap.

I would suggest you to follow the steps from the Microsoft Help article and check.

    Refer:

    Touch: Swipe, tap, and beyond

Hope the information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help.
