RCA TH1814 4GB Media Player will not work anymore

my mp3 player will not work anymore i have been to the manufacturers site downloaded everything and it still isnt working does anyone have any advice

    Holy ****!  Finally!  

    1. Remove battery from player.
    2. Insert into USB port.
    3. HOLD DOWN Play/Pause button
    4. Repeatedly press increase volume (+)  

         (Yes, it takes two hands, and yes, it is kind of a pain)

    1. VIOLA!  Windows recognized the device and loaded the correct driver.  

    Now I can jam my way through my work day.

    Hi,  

    1.   What exactly are you trying to perform?

    2.   Are you trying to connect the device to your computer to sync music files?

    3.   Was it working fine earlier?

    4.   Have you received any error message or error code?

    Hi I was wondering if you ever got your working again, or did you just get a new one??

    I was downloading music having no problems then the next I know my RCA stopped working!

    I tried the trouble shooter, and re installing the program. I was just seeing if you new another trick?
