Okay, I've combed the internet for answers to this problem and I have found many solutions that don't work. I know other people have asked this question before, but I think they had a different problem from what I'm having, because the solutions to their problems did not work for me.

*--> such as "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt --> netsh int ip reset" signifies that the second command was run immediately after the first.

For some reason, only Google and Google-related sites will load using wifi. (My ethernet connection works fine.) Working websites include Google, Google Images (and other searches), Gmail, Youtube (page and thumbnails load, but no video), Facebook, and Wikipedia. So far no non-Google related website will load. This problem is quite recent. I had working wifi at home since I bought this computer, went to college and used the college's wifi just fine, came home four times and everything worked fine, then after coming home again last week, I had no wifi connection at all. Just a few hours before I had a full wifi connection at the college. At first I could connect to the router, but the connection was a "limited connection" with "no internet access." No pages loaded at all. I did lots of searching through computer settings. Here's what I tried:

Running Windows Network Diagnostic and the Network and Internet troubleshooter within the control panel with admin access, resetting my network adapter, resetting the router/modem (combined in one Xfinity box), checking router settings, disabling my firewall and antivirus temporarily, disconnecting from the network (and forgetting it) before reconnecting, checking my network settings to be sure it set my IP address automatically, using IE instead of Firefox, and even running the following commands from an admin level command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns, netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt --> netsh int ip reset. None of that worked. Then I disabled receive-side scaling (netsh int tcp set global rss=disabled).

I finally got an internet connection with "internet access," and only google sites could load. My network status shows IPv6 connectivity but no IPv4 connectivity. I reenabled rss without affecting my new partial connection.

Since I achieved partial internet access, I've tried other solutions in order to connect to non-Google websites. That includes checking all my firewall and antivirus settings again, disabling both temporarily, running Windows Network Diagnostic multiple times. resetting my adapter, changing adapter settings, installing the original driver and new drivers, and several command prompt commands (admin level) including the ones I used above and: netsh int tcp set global ... (enable/disable various settings), netsh winsock reset catalog --> netsh int ip reset reset.log hit, and ipconfig /release --> ipconfig /renew --> ipconfig /flushdns --> ipconfig /registerdns. None of that has worked.

I'm stumped. Could it be a virus issue?

Also, whenever I perform an IP reset, everything works but one line always says "Resetting , failed."

I've changed my DNS address to the Google Public DNS as you suggested, and I'm about to run the commands.

There are several potential issues. First off, I didn't notice that you wanted the results of MiniToolBox in a cloud file, so sorry about that. I can still provide one if you wish though.

Second, besides (as I said in my other reply) having changed my DNS address (which didn't stay set persistently, for some reason) I ran the commands and restarted my computer to no success. I still have no IPv4 connectivity.

There are several potential issues. For example, there is no reason for you to have 24 wifi adapters (Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 24:), Second you are using your router for DHCP/DNS, you should try using Google your ISP DHCP (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 or IPv6) read about it here https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Third some Malware apps cannot be disabled and need to be removed to test.
