Looking for advice and help for (my guess) very Advanced computer knowledge & security issues.

I thought that I have security or privacy problem within my files or even possibly my root.

but now I believe it is via the network and I believe through my printer... I would never gotten this information but out of frustration and the want of my privacy I have been trouble shooting every thing I could think of trying to fix my computer. I have reinstalled windows at least 10 times in the last month but particular instance I was in the Microsoft certificate program and there is expired certs and also some had unusual warnings or notes added to their description some of them I removed some of the root ones I untrusted but left on my computer incase they were in fact needed.. I know that I should actually look the proper ones up, but I also believe that my internet browser is scripted or programmed to omit results or give even false information. After I messed with the certs & restarted My computer would not load most programs correctly however it did run much smoother and faster on ones that were available.. i decided to try and reinstall windows without changing the certs. back. I also went  into cmd line bcdedit and did my best to clear any installed or modified boot entries and i reset the store etc. I formatted my system drive and ran a clean install with windows 8 cd. the windows says it is activated ive been installing update but it has 2 instances of windows 8 running and at start up it ask me which is the default windows and i can only choose one option the other i get an error code after the boot up with an option f8 to try again and an f9  option to change default server. windows.old is also still in on my hard drive.. after a format and clean reinstall....

anyone ever seen or heard about anything like this and know what I should do?

Also from these logs i believe it shows my the programs or person that is affecting me.

in times past i would either have no access to these logs or they would in unreadable code.
