you've probably tweaked visual effects on windows for "better performance". that'll remove superfluous animations such as the dimming when taking a screenshot.
screenshot works but screen doesn't temporarily dim

So originally using the home button/volume down button combo on my sp3 resulted in a successful screenshot and temporarily dimmed the screen but now the screenshot is still successfully taken(the picture is in the photo folder) but the screen doesn't dim to let you know it has taken the screen shot. is there a fix for this?
