Reliability History

3 error messages 2 from version 10, one from 11

Think this was automatic update rather than being accepted or requested by me, just after dozen or more windows update earlier in evening

I asked adobe reader about updates now, but claimed none available. It appears to be running OK.

There are 3 warning messages in view reliability history

The third one is XI 11.0.11

Adobe Reader XI (v11.0.11) hasn't be released yet. [<=IGNORE!!]

Again, you will find support for Adobe Reader in this forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe\_reader\_forums

...Another Microsoft answer asked me to remove updates.

I should be able to remove the third one, if agreed. I will not do this until late Thursday or Friday

Which "Microsoft answer" asked you to remove what updates & why?

The adobe was put onto my computer on 30th March 2015 following replacement of C: drive after dell informed me I needed c: drive replaced.

Does this concern the same computer (but with a new hard-drive now) as in these previous threads of yours, Walter?...

You might want to try to completely remove Adobe Reader, then install it again.
