    2. What happens when to try to open the game?

    Also, I suggest you to open the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps:

    Follow the steps to install the game in Compatibility mode.

    1. Download the game from the website.
    2. Right click the game installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
    3. Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
    4. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
    5. Try installing the game and check.

    by doing it this way as above i had no problems playing battlefield 3 . which i played every day for a week until my windows 10 had a conflict with windows 10 technicle preview and crashed my pc so for now i had to reinstall windows 7 but on start up it still shows windows preview and i cant seem to uninstall it so i can reinstall windows 10 any suggestions  this windows 10 pre view ive already had to wipe out over 158 viruses so im not in a hurry to do that again so for now ill stick with the op system i love windows 7 ultimate and may i say its always been good for me
