cant close cyberlink power DVD

Hello Community:

How do I close the cyberlink Power DVD. At this time I can no longer play dvd on my Dell Model XPS 8700. This pop up continues stating to close the cyberlink Power DVD firs it is still running?

Hi Red Starr

three things that you can try that immeadiatly came into my mind as I read your post are as follows:

click the X
Right click the icon and the taskbar and then click close window
Open task manager and close it by clicking cyberlink power DVD and then click end task
