I have to agree with the user, we want our old Solitaire games back but this crappy version; please restore the old solitaire in WIN 10 for us!!
My old games- spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.
Hello,
I upgraded from 7 to 10 and now I am missing my games file that had the old games such as spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans. Is there anyway to get them back other than what is in the app store?
From what I saw on the app store there are around 138 versions of Mohjong Titans, some with low ratings, some with high ratings. I tried a couple different ones and found them to be covered with advertisements. I would also like to play without having to be online all the time.
I would appreciate a note of how to get my regular games back on- or on how I can send Microsoft a note of disappointment.
Thank you.

2015-08-02T07:07:28+00:00 It would not be very difficult for Microsoft to return the
"old WIN7" games to Win 10; we need to keep requesting this in order for them to take us seriously. Nobody wants this subscription game, we simply want our old games back

2015-12-21T19:32:01+00:00 actually shenan you work for MS as an MVP so your responses are just slightly biased. I have been a MS user since windows 1.0. I actually worked with the company that took MS public. I would say this win10 environment gets a C and the upgrade process gets a D+. I'm sure people will chime in, as they always do, interpreting my criticism as some type of attack where they need to defend this techno-giant. Sometimes you just need to listen to criticism in order to improve product... Not as a personal slight that requires some champion to rescue a cause.
I use a system with an Intel 7 multicore processor, 24 gigs of ram and and SSD as a boot drive. I did not notice a stich of performance improvement going from win 7 to win 10, rather I did noticed degradation in the speed of windows loading and applications loading. This is one of the major reasons for upgrades in the past, ie. improved performance, quicker boot times, improved productivity, better memory management. None of this was apparent to me like the move from Win 3.1 to win98 or win7. These environments had a wow factor for users after boot up. What I do see here is Microsoft's strategy to unify a platform between phones, pc's and tablets. Admirable goals. My 6 other systems will likely not see Win10 which is not what microsoft wants to hear. Most of my friends who have been users of MS are of the same opinion as myself.
As for interfaces, it's better than 8, the start button works well but the requirement of using my hotmail/windows credentials to use Cortana is out the window with me. I tried cortana for a couple of days and it just appeared as another internet search engine. Requiring that I use my ms credentials I view as a potential security risk so cortana is gone. I suspect MS can decouple the login to the Microsoft account as a requirement for cortana but for now, it's gone. Edge does not work with all apps so I switched my browser to chrome. My mouse has become more choppy than in 7 which tells me there may be some processing issues. What I really didn't like was the removal of my games from win 7. This, in my opinion was completely unnecessary and hurtful to the user experience. For those of us who play games like free cell or solitaire or hearts they are not just games. They are pastimes. We tend to keep track of our scores and use these games to bide time while waiting for tech support responses. People really get attached to this stuff. If you peruse the web for "what happened to my win 7 games after update to win 10" you'll find out just how ticked people are with this move.

2015-08-08T19:05:18+00:00 I too totally agree the Windows 7 games were good and easy to use. My wife played them most nights but has no idea how to use a computer so she has to call me each time she wants to play. What Microsoft was thinking of removing these games I can not begin to guess, we are both in our late 60s and this has taken me a long time to write but it needs to be said.
MICROSOFT , BRING BACK OUR ORIGINAL GAMES.
