How do I open the Game bar in a tablet, in Windows 10?

I've seen the useful feature of the Game bar, which permits me record a game without using external apps, for example. In my PC it has been very useful. It has a shortcut, that is Windows+G. But in my tablet, with the touch keyboard the shortcut does not work, and I have no idea how else can I make it appear. How can I use it?

I think it would be really nice to bring Cortana and something like Xbox One's "Record That" command to Game bar.

It also helps desktop users to capture game clips without pressing multiple shortcut keys while a mistake would end up with death in multiplayer games like BF or CoD.

    Thanks :)

I have the same issue. I want to show the Game Bar and/or record a clip without the keyboard or a gamepad plugged in. Like when I'm playing a game using just the touchscreen.

Adding a button to the action center would solve this. Or possibly a Cortana voice command. Or a configurable multitouch gesture. Or all the above!

    Please fix this!

    Thanks

You have the option in the Windows 10 Xbox App (or Gaming settings in the Settings App if you're using a Windows 10 Insider build) to specify a custom keyboard shortcut for the Xbox Game bar. I set mine to [Ctrl + G], and now I'm able to pull up the Game bar with the on screen keyboard.

To set a custom keyboard shortcut:

Open the Xbox App, go to settings (located under the hamburger menu), then Xbox DVR. Make sure to hit save after you've set your custom shortcuts.

If you're using a Windows 10 Insider Preview build:

Open the Settings App, go to Gaming, then Xbox DVR.

Have you ever checked that link yourself? Not helpful at all! The advice entails using keyboard commands. And that was exactly the problem with a touch screen.
