If you're on plan to use Malwarebytes Premium version, then keep that alone with up-to-date, real-time protection turned on and scheduled scan for system protection from Malicious. Don't install any other security suite with this then it may conflict and cause system wide issues like slowness.

    NO!

    Wrong!

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is not meant to be a replacement for antivirus software.

Dinesh #D09r , how often do we have to tell you to please read: Does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware replace antivirus software?

That depends on what you're trying to remove. They are both good tools, but have different definitions.

[Moderator note: above paragraph crossed out as it is incorrect.]

Or else keep Malwarebytes Free version http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ along withWindows Defender (Windows 8 & later) as Primary anti-malware for full system protection. For Windows 7, use Microsoft Security Essentials.
