Folder named "a" in my C Drive?

Hey, just found this mysterious folder named "a" in my C:, was wondering what I should do. It has a bunch of sketchy files in it like wcheckf, internetport3, winonit, etc. Scanned with norton and nothing came up so I'm not so sure it's a virus. Just wanted to know if I could delete it without my pc getting messed up some how. Thanks for your time.
