How to uninstall Windows Driver Package by Dynastream Innovations, Inc. and Windows Driver Package by Silicon Labs Software

I just found the 2 Windows Driver Packages in my installed programs.  I cannot find anything in the internet about them.  I suspect that it got in with the Window 7 update, not sure.  Are these legitimate software for Windows and do I really need them?  Otherwise, should I uninstall them?  Are these related to my Apple updates related to my IPad?  I would really appreciate any advice I can get.  Thanks!

Thanks Vijay.  In the process of uninstalling both programs they both showed that they are supporting the Garmin update software.  They probably got installed when I updated my Garmin Update software.  I uninstalled them anyway along with the Garmin software since reinstalling them was a breeze.

Seldom (Like... NEVER) do I find the answer I need so quickly, and to the point. It was MY Garmin update!

What a relief. It would have been nice to have Garmin give us a heads-up.

Well.. After replying here, June 10, I deleted the programs and searched for more in the registry. Today, 8/31/15. I found them again. I delete the first installation and when I came back for the 2nd one, it was gone also. sigh...
