I have {legal-Paid For) CyberLink PowerDVD 14, which is suppose to play DVD's, Videos, Movies, Music, etc.  When I attempt to play my videos, I get the message "activate the full version of Power Media Player", assumed needed to play videos, then I get 2nd page, requesting that I insert Power Media Player, serial number...I have no need for POWER MEDIA PLAYER, I have POWERDVD 14 ULTRA, which does same.  I have made PowerDVD14 my default to play movies and Video's, which is does when I excess videos from PowerDVD 14, with that application......Problem:  I should not have to see message to purchase Power Media Player

    Hiya,

Can I ask you, did you buy cyberlink power dvd 14 before the upgrade, also did you put your activation number in? I bought mine months ago. I've installed it my back on my laptop and its activated.

    Hi tjhayman1.

Thank you for posting on the forum.

I understand that you're having some difficulties with a License for your Third Party Program installed on your Windows PC.

As this is not part of the Windows Operating System, I would recommend contacting the developer of the program in question the CyberLink for help.

    Thank you,

    Marek
