Thanks for the heads up. Works fine.
The fact that MS has decided users will not have access to the title bar properties in Win 10 is no doubt going to present issues for other applications as well.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my Corel Draw is not showing the icons or words on the tool bar for file, edit etc. If I hover over the tool bar the words show up, but I cannot see the icons or words otherwise.
Just an old lady loving her draw program and not very knowledgeable about computers.

Huh?
Sorry. It was just a temp fix I found that worked for me. I still have the same question out there hoping Microsoft will give us a fix.
I'll keep looking elsewhere too.

MY POST: CorelDraw Menu Bar Not Visible After Upgrade To Windows 10 (Font and Background Same Color)
Doesn't work for me. I still cannot see the 12 items ( File, Edit, View, Layout, Arrange, Effects, Bitmaps, Text, Table, Tools, Window, and Help) on the tool bar unless I hover over the blank area.
Changing to XP service pack did not help.
If I change to the bright white contrast, I can see 5 (File, View, Tools, Window, and Help) of the items, but none of the others.
I found a work around because CorelDraw inheritance the settings from Windows and Windows 10 does not have any where you to change title bar or font colors unless you just use the contrast settings which is "Blinding" to me.
Here Is a work around:
You can run CorelDraw in Win XP SP 3 "Compatibility Mode" and the menu bar shows up just fine. *(Why Windows XP?? Because it did and does not use the Windows settings. It has it's own.)*However, every time you start CorelDraw in XP Compatibility Mode you have to answer yes to the Authorization Pop-Up..
Right click on your CorelDraw Icon, select Properties, select the "Compatibility Tab" at the top, in the "Compatibility Mode" box click on the box by the words "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" so there is a checkmark in it the box, then select Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
Left click on apply at the bottom then okay.
Then open CorelDraw. Remember, you'll have that popup to answer yes to then go on using Corel..
Hoping Microsoft fixes this.
There are some "Hacks" out there that say they have fixes but the ones I've tried do not fix the Corel problem..

Not just an Old Lady..... Good Question
Been using CorelDraw since Windows 3.1 and I have same problem. Got X4 and X7 now and same thing.
Font and background are same color. You can still use the item by just clicking on it.
Has to due with Windows color scheme some how.. Just another long line of problems with Windows 10..
I am working to find an answer and will let you know when and if I find one.
