Hi!
I'm trying to perform an offline installation of Visual Studio 2015 on a new Windows 8.1 machine. To that end I used the web installer to create a full copy of the installation files (the /layout switch).
However, as outlined here, the installation of some of the optional features fails because the installer cannot verify the signatures on the VSIX packages.
Is it at all possible to install VS 2015 on a completely disconnected machine? If so, what are the prerequisites? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
