Master Boot Record virus reproductions

hello Microsoft community. I recently bought. ROG PC (GL550) and ESET security for it. A month later I got a DEFO virus in my Master Boos Sector MBR and the ESET security program couldn't fix it.

I ran mbrcheck.exe and the source code is not recognized.

Then I looked online for ideas on how to reset the MBR and opened the command prompt to preform "bootrec" commands (I couldn't preform bootrec commands in safe mode, so I performed them when system was running)

After this my computer went into crash mode (I did auto repair in advanced settings and I get a srt\srttrail unable to fix issue)

So I did a factory reset, didn't keep any personal files (don't have any),

then I try to open windows programs and none of them work and the computer gives me crash reports, won't finish upgrades, or open some/any windows applications.

My computer has to be perfect. (It's brand new)

i ran system diagnostics and did a thorough check and the computers BIOS is running at optimal

at this moment I am running a chkdsk \r \c:

i know it takes a while but why will my computer not register or upgrade windows or not open any applications.

is there any step I preformed that I shouldn't have?

is there another process I could use?

i have a windows 8.1 pro disk in chinese. I don't want to install it because it's language pack is chinese and I can't change that.. and the registry key when I bought it is invalid -_- ( just bought it yesterday)

thank you again for the help and support

    Assuming Win8 Win8.1 64-bit...

Please answer each of the following [admittedly tedious] diagnostic questions in a correspondingly-numbered list in your very next reply, preferably without quoting this post:

1a. When (approx. date) did you purchase the ASUS computer?

1b. When (exact date) did you do the Reset?

    1. What is the full name of your currently-installed third-party anti-virus application or security suite (i.e., not Windows Defender!), if any, and when (approx. date) does your current subscription expire?
    2. What third-party anti-malware applications (i.e., not Windows Defender!) are installed, if any?  What third-party firewall, if any?
    3. Has a(nother) Norton application or a McAfee application EVER been installed on the computersince you bought it?
    4. Did a Norton free-trial or a McAfee free-trial [pick one] come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it? (Doesn't matter if you never used or Activated it.)

    6a. Is KB3087038, KB308**7039, KB3086255, KB3087918, KB3084135, KB3069114, KB3074229 and/or KB3082089 listed inInstalled Updates (not Update History)? [1]

    6b. How about KB3000853, KB3008273, KB2973544, KB2917499 and/or KB2871389?

7a. What Update Version & KB number are displayed in the second line of text in IE10's Help | About [Alt+H+A] tab; e.g.,Update Version: 10.0.54 (KB1231231) ?

7b. Is Firefox, Chrome or any other alternate browser installed?

    1. Is Adobe Flash Player v19.0.0.185 **** installed? TEST HERE USING INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY! => http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
    2. Are you in the habit of using "Registry cleaners" (e.g., Registry Mechanic; System Mechanic; RegCure; RegClean Pro; Advanced SystemCare; Registry Booster; McAfee QuickClean; AVG PC TuneUp; Norton Registry Cleaner; PCTools Optimiser; SpeedUpMyPC; PC Doctor; TuneUp Utilities; WinMaximizer; WinSweeper; Comodo System Cleaner; Advanced System Optimizer; CCleaner's Registry Cleanercomponent)?

    Answer-by-number:

    1. Did the "8.1 pro disk in Chinese" you used to do the Reset come with the computer when you bought it on 29 April 2015 in Rockville, MD?
    2. In Windows Explorer [WinKey+E], navigate to & right-click on:
    • **C:\Program Files**ESET <=this folder

Select PROPERTIES: What's the CREATED date displayed on the resulting GENERAL tab?

    1. May we assume that neither KB3087038, KB3087039, KB3086255, KB3087918, KB3084135, KB3069114, KB3074548 nor KB3082089 is listed in Installed Updates (not Update History)?

4a. ACTIONS => Open Internet Explorer (ONLY!) to this page: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/genuine | Scroll down to & click on the VALIDATE NOW button | Follow all prompts; do NOT close the browser window until the validation scan has completed.

4b. Were you able to Validate your install of Windows 8.1 Pro? [YES\NO]

    PA BEAR MS,

thank you for taking time out of your day to answer this.. It means a lot to me. I have number the answers respectively and added an additional detail I came across during diagnostics

    1.  4/29/2015

       Micro center rockville MD

    1.  9/21/2015 reset, did it with 8.1 pro disk in chinese.

    3.ESET SMART SECURITY (4/29/2015) activated

4/5. MCAFEE, comes preinstalled, I had to uninstall it before ESET

6ab. Browser wasn't an issue I can browse and watch YouTube and stuff fine, sometimes I get errors but not often.(question answered/avoided)

    7a. 11.0.7 (KB2919355)

7b. Not now but before I had both chrome and Firefox.

    8.no

    1. Not I'm familiar but I'm not too experienced
    2. One final detail, windows shows a message when it tries to update to windows 10 again, it says "archive integrity check failed. The patch file is not complete, possibly due to an incomplete download or corrupt file windows update components must be repaired."
    3. Also I went into advanced tools in PERFORMANCE INFORMATION AND TOOLS. I viewed performance details in log ran by the system BIOS and I have at least 15 errors in my "boot performance monitoring" process.

im not sure if it's an easy fix or what but at the moment I'm going to put my computer in safe mode and try a 32bit 3rd party scanner.
